Our return policy is guided by the principles of the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume with which you are not satisfied.

Terms and Conditions:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
• It may take 5–6 working days to process your request.
• The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the product remaining.
• Returns and exchanges apply only to Attars and 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles.
• 5ML spray testers are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
• Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
• In cases of damage, leakage, or receiving the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
